Big things are happening for the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music today as construction fencing goes up around the future site of the Scheidt Family Music Center.
The University of Memphis and the entire Mid-South are eagerly awaiting the start of construction on the Scheidt Family Music Center at the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music.The opening of this facility will provide more stage space, high-capacity seating, exceptional acoustics, rehearsal spaces, classrooms and modern laboratories.Memphis-based firms Archimania and Fleming Architects and Chicago-based theater designer Schuler Shook are the design teams behind this upcoming construction project.
