Undergraduate: Introduction to ecological principles and wildlife management and provides a variety of preparatory content and resources designed to prepare individuals to earn the Ducks Unlimited Ecology Conservation & Management certification. Co-taught with Dr. Shawn Brown.

Introduction to Agriculture Studies, BIOL 1009

Undergraduate: Emphasizes interdisciplinary and systematic approaches to studying agricultural life sciences, agricultural conservation and sustainability, food science, agricultural data, and supply chain traceability.

Plant Ecology and Lab, BIOL 4053/6053

Undergraduate/graduate: Relationships of plants and environmental factors at physiological, population, and community scales; ecosystem dynamics; emphasis on field techniques.
