Congratulations to Dr. Jeffrey Byford for being selected by the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board, the Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Department of State, and the Council of International Exchange of Scholars to receive a Fulbright Specialist grant in Education at Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences, Vietnam.
Dr. Byford completed his two-week international exchange in Vietnam from January 3 – 17, 2014.
