If you are 18 or older, and using or willing to use the Memphis Public Library
Services, the University of Memphis, Health Spaces & Technology Research Community from the Communities of Research Scholars (CoRS), invite you to participate in a research study,

The survey is designed to gather feedback about the health needs of the Memphis community and the ways in which the Library Systems help support those needs. The questionnaire will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The study is being funded by the University of Memphis. If you participate, you can receive small gifts (a cotton spandex mask or a “Gel go” 1 ounce, hand sanitizer) for completing the study. You can also donate these items to one of the branch libraries.
