In the first module, we explored what makes a great leader. One of the best ways to become a great leader is to gather facts about a situation and to observe others, develop a vision, include the opinions of others, and then to determine a clear way for everyone to move forward and do their best. When you formalize these ideas, you create a vision statement.
Your goal is to think about your current leadership style and skill level. You will create a discussion response of approximitaely one page that explores your beliefs and commitment to becoming a leader. This is your personal vision statement. We will be revisiting this statement throughout the class.
